Buying & prices

What’s the difference between paying cash and financing?

With cash you pay the full price of the car, and your advisor prepares the quotation and handover paperwork. With financing you pay a down payment and then monthly payments through a finance provider, and you choose your estimated plan in the calculator before sending the request. You can switch between the two on every car’s page.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. Every price on the site includes 15% VAT, and the final price is fixed in the written quotation before you sign.

What happens after I send my request?

You immediately see a confirmation page with your request number, shaped like a car plate. A sales advisor contacts you on your number during working hours; keep the request number to make follow-up by phone or WhatsApp easier.

Do you sell to companies and organisations?

Yes. We prepare an official quotation in the company’s name for one car or a fleet, in cash, through financing or by finance lease. A copy of the commercial registration, the VAT certificate and an authorisation letter for the company’s representative are usually required.

Financing

Is the monthly payment shown final?

No. Every monthly payment on the site is an estimate, not binding, and excludes insurance. The finance provider decides on approval and the final rate based on your credit profile.

How do I know the payment fits my salary?

Enter your net salary and monthly obligations in the finance calculator, and it tells you whether the payment is within the affordability guideline. It’s a helpful indicator; the final decision is the finance provider’s.

Can residents (Iqama holders) apply for financing?

Yes, you can send a request. Conditions for residents vary from one finance provider to another, and your advisor will explain the options available for your profile.

Documents

Which documents are needed for financing?

Usually a copy of your national ID or Iqama, a recent salary certificate, a bank statement for the last 3 months and a valid driving licence. The final requirements are set by the finance provider.

Do I need my ID number or bank details to send a request?

No. Your name, mobile number and request details are enough. We don’t ask for your ID number or any bank details before an advisor contacts you and you decide to go ahead.

Test drives

How do I book a test drive?

Choose the car on the test-drive page or on the car’s page, then pick a day and time slot. Appointments are available from tomorrow up to 30 days ahead, except on days the showroom is closed, and we call to confirm a day before.

What should I bring to a test drive?

Just a valid driving licence. A test drive takes about 30 minutes with a sales advisor.

Delivery & registration

When and where do I collect my car?

The handover date depends on the car’s availability and on completing the contract, ownership transfer and insurance; your advisor agrees it with you. Handover is at our showroom in Makkah.

Do you help with registration, ownership transfer and insurance?

Yes. We help you issue the registration (istimara) and plates, transfer ownership and arrange insurance before handover. With financing, finance providers usually require comprehensive insurance for the whole term.

Warranty

What about the car’s warranty?

Warranty length, terms and who provides it vary by brand and model. Ask your advisor about the warranty on the car you’re interested in, and ask for its details to be written in the quotation.

Can’t find your answer?
