About these terms
This website is operated by O2 GO Company (O2GO), commercial registration no. 7055102664, based in Makkah. By using the site or sending a request through it you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
The site presents the new cars at our showroom and receives purchase, finance and test-drive requests. Sending a request is not a sales contract or a binding reservation of a car, and no sale or payment takes place on the site. A sales or finance contract is concluded in writing after the details are confirmed with you.
Prices and VAT
- All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT at the applicable statutory rate.
- Prices and offers may change without prior notice; the binding price is the one in the written quotation or the contract.
- The quotation states what the price includes and excludes, such as registration and plate fees, insurance and optional extras.
- If a price or specification is shown in error, we will correct it and tell you before any commitment.
Availability and specifications
- Availability shown is indicative and changes constantly; a car is reserved for you only after written confirmation from the showroom.
- Photos and illustrations are for reference, and actual colours and equipment may differ by trim and model year.
- Some car photos come from the manufacturers or from our partners. We use them with the permission of whoever supplied them to us, and may edit them (for example, removing the background) without changing how the car looks.
- Specifications come from manufacturers’ data and may change without notice, so confirm the specifications that matter to you before signing.
Estimated finance figures
- The finance calculator and every monthly payment shown are estimates for comparison only, and are not binding on us or on finance providers.
- Estimates exclude the cost of insurance, and the final rate and fees may differ by finance provider and your credit profile.
- O2GO is not a finance provider and does not grant credit; approval and finance terms are decided by the licensed finance provider alone.
- The salary affordability guideline is a helpful indicator, not a guarantee of approval.
Requests and test drives
- The details you send must be accurate and your own, or belong to a company you are authorised to represent.
- We may decline repeated or automated requests, or requests with inaccurate details.
- A test drive requires a valid driving licence and takes place with a sales advisor; the driver must follow traffic regulations and the advisor’s instructions throughout.
- We may reschedule a test drive when needed, and will contact you to arrange another time.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design and the O2GO logo are owned by or licensed to O2 GO Company. Car names and brand marks belong to their owners and are mentioned for identification only, and the rights in car photos supplied by manufacturers or partners stay with their owners. Content may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Limits of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we can’t guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on estimated figures or from the site being unavailable. This does not limit any statutory right you have as a consumer.

The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law
